Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business by driving inbound leads, conducting discovery calls, and facilitating tours of our facilities. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing occupancy and expanding our client base in the Los Angeles area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly respond to inbound leads and efficiently manage the lead qualification process.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand prospective client needs and align them with our offerings.
  • Book and complete tours of our facilities, providing a tailored experience that showcases the benefits of partnering with Amped Kitchens.
  • Re-engage old leads and nurture them back into the sales pipeline, revitalizing interest and potential collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader lead generation campaigns.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update lead and opportunity statuses within our CRM to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and align on strategic objectives.
  • Assist in the analysis of sales data to identify trends, measure performance against targets, and determine areas for improvement.
  • Support ongoing sales training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role with a focus on lead management and sales development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and digital tools to manage and facilitate sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales performance data to drive decision-making.
  • Motivated, self-directed, and results-driven approach to achieve sales targets.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $67,000.
  • Bonus and Commissions are uncapped meaning you can earn well more than the total OTE.

This position will initially be offered as full-time role. You will report directly to the VP of Revenue and work closely with our leadership team to drive sales and expand our market presence.
